Personal Statement
I've had an outstanding Senior season. My team ended up 9-2, top five in the State and I earned the 2015 1st Team All USA Inland Northwest Team, 5A League Defensive Player of the Year and North Idaho 1st Team Linebacker. I also earned the Team Captain, Defensive MVP and Bengal Award while playing Linebacker but also made a huge impact on offense as a hybrid Fullback/Tight End for my High School team. I had a team high 16 touchdowns, 130 tackles and this was my third year starting both ways. My goal is to play for a great academic school and make an impact, I won't disappoint the team who chooses me. I am ranked number one in my class, a 4.0 student, taking Honors and AP classes and will be my class Valedictorian. I've wanted to play college football my whole life and look forward to making a difference wherever I go.
I have played tackle football since 2nd grade when they snuck me in to play with the 3rd and 4th graders. I fell in love with the game immediately and have wanted to play at the next level ever since. I even stopped drinking pop and eating candy since 2nd grade because I wanted to be the best and my father, a PE teacher and coach, said it could make a difference, and so far I think it has. I have the Bench press record at my school and very close to the power index record. I love to lift weights and get bigger, faster, stronger and I work hard in the off season. I am a born leader, very coachable and will do what is best for the team always. I can play positions in every aspect of the game to help my team in any way, offensively, defensively and special teams. I am a leader who players look up to, I have a calm demeanor about me that is very confident and I am a very smart player and a sure tackler. I look forward to playing college football at a high level.
