Alex Prendergast '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6' 2'' 204lbs and have played DE, NT, LB, OT and TE. I have the versatility to play in the trenches with strength as well as use my speed/agility to play on the edge or at LB.

As a Sophomore, I was up on the Varsity team and gained valuable experience. As a junior I started on the defensive line and helped contribute to stopping our opponents from scoring on the goal line or mid field. 

My goal is to be the best in the classroom and on the football field. I want to keep that attitude through college, so that when I graduate, I'm prepared for a career. I'm ready to put the time in and the effort to become a great athlete, but more importantly an excellent student.

In my spare time I have been volunteering at Elite 7, a football skills training facility, teaching young kids the basics of football. I enjoy spending time with the kids and teaching them about the sport I love.
