Drake Grubb '15 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Drake Grubb, I have been playing football for 10 years. I love the sport of football and would give an arm and a leg to play it for the rest of my life if i could. I am a very confident person along with also being a great leader on and off the field. I have started every year since I have been a freshman in high school and this year is my second year of starting and playing on the varsity level. Currently I am a left guard and a defensive end, although I can play every position on the OL and DL. I am also a captain on the football team and I consider my self as a very physical and vocal leader on and off the field. Now when it comes to grades they are my first priority, yes I have made some mistakes in the past with my grades but I have over come those problems and have learned and picked up on the things I need to improve. All of my grades are within the A to B range and I intend to have straight A's for the remainder of my senior year. I do not slack in the classroom nor do I slack outside of school, my homework and studies are the first priority to get done when i get home. Now back to football, I am a very passionate player and I put every bit of my heart and my mind into the game. Theres no better feeling than knowing that the reason why you are unable to move shortly after a game is because you played your hardest and never quit (I'm that type of player). To play college football has always been a dream and a goal of mine, I intend for that goal to come true. I feel that I am a overlooked player and I am seeking NCSA for all the help that I can earn so that I can have opportunities at playing college football.
