My name is Jake Ziolkowski I am a 6'1", 190 pound senior from Wauconda High School in Wauconda, Illinois. I pride myself on out-working all other athletes, so far it has paid off. I have started on Varsity since my Freshman year(32 games). My Freshman year I received awards for All-Conference 2nd Team and received a community service award. My Sophomore year I achieved All-Conference 2nd Team and Team Receiver of the Year. My Junior year I was recognized as All-Conference 1st Team, All-Area 2nd Team, Team Captain, and Team Receiver of the Year award , I placed 4th in state for FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) for my Community Service work. This year as a senior I was voted a team captain and I was recognized as All-Conference 1st team with only playing 5 games. The biggest asset I can provide a football team with is a great work ethic, a desire for success, and leadership. It is my ambition to go to a Division 1 school and receive a high level education along with play football at a high competition level. My desired major is in the field of Medicine. The athletic goals I have set for myself are playing at the highest level of competition, challenging myself against the best athletes in the nation, and playing as a freshman.
