Maxwell Reece '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Max Reece. I'm a senior at New Castle High School in Indiana. I'm a left guard and defensive tackle. Football has been a big part of my life since grade school. As a sophomore, I started every game at left guard and played various special teams. My junior year, I started the first three games at guard and rotated on defense. The fourth game, I tore my ACL in my right knee. I had surgery and did everything I could to get strong again. As a senior now, I'm starting at left guard again and playing more defense. I thought losing my junior year would kill my dream of playing college football, but I came back stronger than before and I feel like I can compete at the college level. Football is my life and I don't want this to be my last year. Thank you for your consideration.
