Austin Chekaluk '16 Recruiting Profile

My goals is to be the best athlete that i can be.  I do everything i need to do on time and the first time around.  I don't put things aside and wait to get them done.  Everything i do has to be perfect or i'll do it again.  I'm a very hardworking athlete and student.  In school I am enrolled in honor classes to challenge myself.  I'm an independent young man, that is always busy.  If I'm not on the field practicing my game or in the weight room, I'm ethier studying or at work.  I'm always thinking of ways to put myself and my team in better positions to win.  I will always give 100 percent for whatever I am asked to do.  During my Senior season, I handled all the kicking and punting duties. I went 8-9 on field goals with a long of 41.  I ended the season with 56 points.  I was voted Special Teams Player of the Year by my teammates.
