Robby Owsley '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a gritty 5’8" multi position player having started and played flanker, corner and special teams in high school. My size is deceptive when paired with my agility and quickness it gives me an advantage at breaking away from my competitors or closing in quickly as a defender. As a first team conference flanker and safety on both sides of the ball I led our defensive backfield with tackles, pass breakups, and interceptions, on offense I averaged 10 yards per carry and 20 yards per catch and was one of the conference punt and kickoff return leaders. Coming from Haiti at a young age I understand the meaning of adversity and thank the Lord for giving me the strength and passion to succeed when in the midst of battle. I have decided to attend Midwest Preparatory Academy to further my ability and skill for college football as I prepare for the 2018 season. With that I look forward to 2019 and seek my number one desire to find that perfect college that would provide the best opportunity to obtain my degree and play the sport of football of which I love to my fullest potential. I am not limited to my options for location or position of play and would love to provide your team flexibility and speed within your roster.
