I'm a 6'5" 280# junior offensive tackle and 2014 graduate. My goal is to play major college football, and earn a four year degree in either architecture or business. I'm looking to earn a starting role very quickly in a program that competes at the highest levels and focuses on player developement.
===================================================================================================================
Here's what I'm doing to achieve these goals:
1) I've had perfect attendance at both the winter and summer 6am strength/speed training sessions since freshman year. This offseason, this program and my high protein diet allowed me to put on 25lbs of muscle and keep my body fat below 12%. My plan is to use this program to add 20lbs more this offseason and set the school record for clean and squat. (I'm at 685# on my squat currently)
2) I also work extensively with a speed and agility coach in the offseason. I used this program to increase my agility, foot speed, balance, flexibilty and explosive power. I improved my 40 time by over 2 tenths to 5 flat, as well as dot, and agility drill times.
3) Academically I've worked to improve how I use my study time and shedule my homework and projects. I've inproved my GPA and class rank the last two years and I'm on track to finish this semester over a 3.2. I"m also preparing to take the ACT in February. I've always tested very well and expect to do well on the test.
Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile and view my video. I look forward to hearing from you!
