Justin Wright '17 Recruiting Profile

     Hello, my name is Justin Wright. I am seventeen years old and a Senior at Assumption High School. I come from a very tight knit family of five who is very supportive of me. I am a very hard worker on and off the field. When I set a goal for myself,  I work until I reach and surpass that goal. I believe the game of football has benefited me in many ways. It has taught me hard work, discipline, respect for authority, and trust. Each one of those is something that I will use the rest of my life. Football is the ultimate team game, and that is why I love it so much. Each and every person has to work together and push one another for the greater good of the team. I received some playing time as a sophomore. Last year as a junior, I started every game at left tackle. This year as a senior, I started every game at left tackle as well. I am a versatile player, and can play many positions. I can play anywhere on the offensive line. I also can play defensive tackle as well as long snapper. Last year, I received honorable mention all district honors. This year, I received 1st team all district honors as well as academic all district honors. My goals for high school go beyond football. I continue to work to get the best grades I can. I am studying hard to improve my previous ACT score of 20 when I take it again in December. I have built many strong bonds that will last for a long time after high school. I plan to go to a four year college and get my degree. I am yet undecided on a major.
