I have been playing football on a competitive team since age 5 and have dedicated myself to playing the sport that I love. I am willing and capable of playing a number of other offensive or defensive line positions, as well as linebacker. I currently have a GPA of 2.94 and am working to increase my academic success just as hard as I am working on bettering my athletics skills.
I strive to play Football on a collegiate level and I will prove myself worthy on all accords. In the previous off season, I worked on my footwork, agility, getting faster, and becoming stronger. In college, I am planning on majoring in either Law or Molecular science. I know this will be a challenging major, but I am confident I will be able to find a working balance between school and athletics, and use all my time wisely on and off the field. I think this is an obtainable goal as I have been working outside of school for the last two years, been a 3 sport athlete, and have been maintaining good grades.
I come from a very large family consisting of 9+ siblings. My mother and father are foster parents, and I have met and shared my home with over 40 foster siblings. With so many people around, I've learned I need to fight for what I wont, be an advocate for myself and others without a voice, and ultimately be a team player. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. I believe the structure and consistency I've found among the chaos from such a plentiful family, has given me the skills needed to be a great athlete. I am open to any level of academic or athletic betterment, and I am looking for an opportunity to advance my skills and open a door to a promising future.
