Personal Statement
I am influenced greatly by my parents who were athletes and are hard workers. They stress to me how important it is to work hard to get what you want and that nothing is given to you. I started playing football wen I was 7 years old and am very passionate about the game. What I've learned about myself is that I have the ability to adapt to any situation and have no fear when I'm on the field. My collegiate goals are to study something within the sports area such as sports medicine or even sports broadcasting. Last year I tore my meniscus pretty badly and missed four games. The doctor gave the go ahead to play before i had it repaired if I felt comfortable and I played the last 3 games scoring 2 touchdowns and playing defense. I have the ability to pluck the ball out of the air and make good gains after the catch. On defense I posses the ability to find the ball and make an impact on every down. I am a versatile football player that is easily coachable, with good understanding of the game. I'm always ready to learn and striving to get better. Some of my accomplishments are being selected to attend the Kansas Shrine Bowl Senior combine in July 2016 and being selected first all league offense and defense. I will give 110 percent on and off the field and i am always ready to work. Football is my passion and i am looking forward contributing to a great school and football program.
