Christopher Sheppard '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christopher Sheppard. Winning the Kentucky State Championship as a junior was an important and exciting milestone in my life. Playing behind the class of 2016 has been an eye opening experience as far as teaching me and showing me the way to be a leader, to lead by example on the field. The experience has helped me to focus on my job and learn how to get the job done during adversity.

I have been fortunate enough to be a part of an amazing program. Winning a State Championship in the 5th year of this program. It has taught me the value of hard work and sacrifice. Building confidence in not only myself but each and every person on the team. I am looking forward to furthering my education and football career. I am excited to learn even more challenging skills. I am a team leader and strive to bring out the best in myself and my team mates, in all aspects of life. Weather it be schooling, football, community work, etc... I am not and have never been a quitter so if you are looking for someone who keeps their head up and keeps moving forward no matter what I am your man.
