Personal Statement
I started playing football in the 3rd grade. At that time, I never thought about playing football at the college level until the end of my freshman year, when I earned my first starts as a tight end for my teams last two playoff games. Since then, I have started every game and have been moved to offensive tackle.
God has blessed me with size and athletic abilities, and I now realize I have an opportunity to continue playing football at the highest level possible. Quite simply, football has changed my life and I pray it will continue to influence the direction my life goes.
I continue to relentlessy pursue my goal of getting my college paid for. I am working daily to get bigger, faster, and stronger so that I am able to compete at any level. I am also working to condition myself mentally so that I am a winner on and off the field.
I am a humble, very coachable student athlete and have the best interest for what will make my team successful. In the classroom I am consistently and A/B student with a cumulative GPA of 3.4.
Ultimately, I want to go to the college that best suits me on the field and in the classroom.
