Personal Statement
Since the age of 4, football has been my passion. Since I've started playing the game I have worked extremely hard to be the best player not only on the field but in the classroom. Perseverance, hard work, and dedication allowed me to be a true freshman starting as varsity player. Going into my sophomore I moved from Washington state to Kentucky. Hard work allowed me to start varsity as a sophomore as well. As a junior I made second-team all city, was voted team captain, and also helped lead my team to the state championship. As of now I sit at a 2.97 GPA and have yet to take my ACT yet. Finishing up my last year of high school and my last football season in high school, I want for college coaches to recognize my hard work and dedication to the team and to my class work. I hope to be able to help my team go back to the state championship this year and win. I also hope to become more of a leader and grow my skills as not only a football player but also a respected young man. After my high school career I hope to continue my love for the game in college at a college that not only suits me on the field but in the classroom as well.
