Zackary Templin '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'4.5" 296 pound OL/DL, Nicholaville Ky. I started playing football my freshman year and have started on varsity for 3 1/2 years. I am looking for a school were I can excel on the field as well as in the classroom. I'm very easily coached and have a great attitude. I have alot to offer to a school as a person, student, and football player. I'm a great run blocker as I opened holes for a 1000 yard rusher, a 2400 yard rusher,and 4500+ total rushing yards, on a 8-4 team this season. I can also pass block well even though we didn't pass much. I had over 60 pancake blocks at RT this season. On the DL I played in a total of about seven games and had close to 50 tackles, 8tfl, 3 sacks and a fumble recovery and return for 46 yards. I have good speed and footwork (40-5.06). I was a team captain this season, and I take pride in being a leader of my team on and off of the field. I have a great work ethic and strive to push myself and teammates to reach our full potential. I was a Team Captain for the KY All-Star team, which we won 28-12. I played DT in that that game. I was also named 1st Team All-State( I was HM All-State as a Jr.)
