Demetrius Jones '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'8" cornerback from Elm Grove, Louisiana with impressive coverage skills, and I am a solid tackler. I am a three-year starter at Haughton High School with a passion for the game. I have a 3.2 GPA and currently a 24 ACT score. I am looking for a college where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the field. I would like to pursue a college with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of physical therapy or engineering. Financial assistance is going to be important to me in the college selection process, as my family will need assistance. I realize I have started this recruiting process late, but I still want to pursue playing football, so I am open to explore opportunities at all divisions. I will bring a mixture of hard work, dedication, and good athletic ability to any team. Finally, football has helped me mature and learn to accept personal and team victories and defeats.
