Hi, my name is Kentrell Fisher a junior at Zachary High School in Zachary Louisiana (East Baton Rouge Parish). I am a two sport athlete participating in football and track, my 40 time is 4.37 and my shuttle time is 4.26. I am the starting slot receiver on my high school varsity football team and in the 2012 season I have had thirty receptions for over five hundred yards with six receiving touchdowns. I also play on the field goal block and the punt block teams and this season I have blocked six extra points, a field goal and one punt. In a single game I blocked a punt that I returned for a touchdown, a field goal that I recovered and a team mates blocked field goal that I recovered and returned for a touchdown in a win over the #4 team in the state, the Dutch town Griffins. In week 4 I was nominated for the wbrz channel 2 fans choice award and in the same week won the wafb channel 9's player of the week award (http://www.wafb.com/Category/240200/video-landing-page?clipId=7772032&autostart=true). This is my first year starting on the varsity squad and with eight homes games due to an enormous road schedule last year and hurricane Isaac this year my team and I look forward to performing at the highest level in front of our student body, fans and any scouts in attendance. I have started my recruiting process late but my goal is to prove that I can play football and run track at the college level. Our track 4X100 team finished 5th in the state of Louisiana as I ran the first leg last season. Since this is my junior year I plan to take the ACT and SAT in the near future and will continue to strive academically as I do athletically. Though I did not get much playing time on the varsity squad due to a great senior receiving core in my sophomore year I did have a productive season as a JV player. My freshman year I played corner back, running back, receiver and wild cat quarter back, I am training hard to maintain and broaden my skills physically and mentally. I ask that you view my highlights and evaluate me as an eligible prospect for your programs future. I consider myself as a leader on and off the field and I look forward to continuing my education and athletic career after high school. Thanks for your attention.
