Melvin Young '17 Recruiting Profile

I would like to attend a 4 year university to receive a degree to benefit me and my family after my football career. In my football career I would like to learn as much as I can from my college coaches to help our team win as many games as possible and hopefully many championships. I am great candidate for your team because I am a hard worker, always striving to get get better, I love to motivate my teammate by leading by example, and willing to listen to creative criticism. What makes me different than most other recruits is that i take the phrase student athlete seriously by exercising my option to put my schooling before my athletics. Although, on the athletics side I refuse to accept being an average player; I will always continue to strive for greatness.
