Matt Leavey '18 Recruiting Profile

I am an excellent student who participates in class, turns work in on time and earns the grades that come from that discipline. Over the years, I have been very lucky to have many coaches believe in me. Most importantly, my family encourages me and helps me find ways to be successful. In the offseason, I dedicate my time to improving myself by going to the gym almost daily, attending athletic camps and working on my strength and agility with a plan from my strength coach, Jeff Butterworth. Jeff has been instrumental in my growth as an athlete. Although, his workouts are grueling, I battle through because I know it will pay off. I am dedicated to academic excellence and representing my community in everything I do and achieve. I am coachable and willing to do what it takes.
