Hello Coaches,
My name is Nate Stump. I am a 5'9'', 165 pound Senior from Pittsfield, MA.
I attend Saint Joseph Central High School, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. In 2010, I played on the Varsity Football team that won the City Championship. As a Freshman, I was the backup Safety and Fullback. I gained sufficient playing time to letter. As a Sophomore, I was Back-up Varsity QB and Safety. We won the City Championship for the second year in a row and went to the Western Massachusetts Div III Finals. In my Junior year now, WasThe Starting Quarterback and Safety.
After last season, St. Joseph dropped the football program and entered a co-op with Drury High School in North Adams MA. I recently was named a Captain on the team and the Drury and St Joseph players are bonding well. I am the starting Quarterback and Cornerback on the Co-Op team.
I try to be a vocal leader on and off the field. I take both athletics and academics very seriously, having a 3.8 GPA at present. On the field, I attempt to mentor new players. We have several who have very little football experience.
I am a team first player and will listen and adjust according to what the team needs. I believe that a team is family and should treat each other as such. I love Football and hope to find a team that I can help to succeed.
I would like to major in Communication or Emergency Management.
