For as long as I can remember, football has been my greatest passion. Since the age of seven years old, I discovered my talent as a football athlete. I have learned how to work as a team, and how to communicate well with others. Other than enhancing my people skills, and my ability to work well with others, football has encouraged me to excel in my school environment.
Every game that I play is a new challenge that I have to face. The more I practice, the better i become. I implement the 'practice makes perfect" philosophy to my school assignments, as well as football. Football has been my motivation to be a better student because in order to be able to play on the varsity team, I have to be able to maintain a certain GPA, which I have maintained and surpassed.
Football has taught me that I should never give up, and that I should keep trying until I reach my goal. My goal out of high school is to go to a good college, and perform good in academics and athletics. My goal after college is to have a career in the NFL. If I am unable to reach the goal of being in the NFL, I will pursue a career in sports medicine or other sports related fields.
