Personal Statement
I started playing football back in the 6th grade when I was 11 years old. I had always begged my mother to let me play, once she did I was excited and ready to ball. After my first game I instantly knew that playing football on the professional level was a major dream of mine that I must achieve. Playing college football will put me on the right path to participate on the professional level. Therefore, giving me a life changing opportunity.
I look at everyday as an opportunity to improve my abilities and my skills. I am always working to train myself to become bigger, faster, and stronger. I am a leader on and off the field always trying to lead by example and encourage the individuals around me. I am a very coachable player and always strive to be the best and hardest working player on the field. I have a fire inside that can not be put out I always strive to out work my competition in order to achieve.
In school, I work and study hard in the classroom and maintain a strong 3.50 GPA. I am also apart of a group called the Alpha Achievers that requires a 3.0 GPA or higher in order to remain active in the group. I am the Secretary of the Alpha Achievers and volunteer with the group Alpha buddies (a mentorship program at Hammond Elementary where I mentor several young boys).
I wish to attend a college where I can receive a high qualifying education in Physical therapy and will be pushed to be the best on and off the football field. I am open to all different options and to find the best school that fits me to play at the highest level of collegiate football possible. I wish to make my mom and anyone who believed in me throughout the process proud, and to achieve the goals that I have set for myself.
