Spencer Van Dopp '19 Recruiting Profile

I love football. From the first time I put on shoulder pads, to the camaraderie of off-season workouts, to the thrill of being promoted to varsity for the state playoffs; I love every part of the game of football. Perhaps my passion for football is not unlike many high school kids. However, I have also been blessed with both great size (6'4" 315lbs) and academic success in the classroom (4.28 GPA). It is my hope that through hard work and consistent effort, on the field and off, that I can use these blessings to turn my love of this game into an avenue for success in college and beyond. I look forward to the recruitment process and to discovering the academic institution that provides the best opportunity to maximize my potential as an athlete, as a student, and as a person.
