My name is Damien "DJ" Farmer Jr. and I attend Calvert Hall College High School in Baltimore, Maryland. On the field I am a fast, explosive player who plays without fear. I can play receiver, running back, returner, and will fly down the field on kicks and punts if needed,so whatever team I'm on is getting a player who can do many things at a high level. What sets me apart from other players is how I will never be satisfied with knowing that no matter who you are at any level a player can get better everyday. Setting me apart also, is that I love to compete and it's even better when you can compete against the best, and using the best as an opportunity whether individually at a camp or as a team in a game. I'm used to tough competition playing in the MIAA-A Conference and playing against multiple top ranked teams in the country every year. Whatever college I attend, I aspire to reach the highest level possible as a program and make the football team and university a better place with me there. I also want to one day play in the NFL and the only thing that can stop me from achieving those goals in my mind is myself. Academically I like to push myself and I go to a school that offers an excellent academic program that stimulates and challenges its students. I have realized that knowledge can take you as far as you want to go. Even in football the best players are the most knowledgeable and they know and are prepared for their opponent and that is what got them a step ahead. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard and naturally I have been given plenty of talent, one of the talents being I will out work the next guy.
