Gary Ramey Jr. '16 Recruiting Profile

Welcome to my profile. I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Gary Ramey Jr, Class of 2016, DB at Linganore High School (Frederick, MD). What makes me different from many other student athletes? My versatility and devotion to the game of football and my hunger to excel to the next level. I have been playing football since I was in 1st grade and my passion for the game and pursuit of playing at the next level has grown just as I have.

I am known for my natural leadership, physicality and playmaking attributes at both the Safety and Cornerback positions. I take pride in working very hard to be the most mentally prepared player on the field. My study habits contribute to my ability to read offenses quickly and make the correct calls with great confidence. My study habits are accredited to my enrollment in both advanced and honor courses during my entire High School career. Though my physical ability has room for improvement, my passion and competitive spirit propels me above any competition I may face on and off the field.

Off the field and out of the gym, I am active in my community and church. I strive to be a better person and make positive changes in my community. I hope to continue this service, leadership and dedication in college and in my future career. With recruiting me you won't only be getting a hard working football player out of Maryland, you will be getting a natural leader and true student of the game of football and in life.
