• Evaluation camp, hands on and direct coaching by the James Madison University football coaching staff. Height and weight, as well as testing consisting of: Broad Jump, Pro Shuttle and 40 yd dash is conducted. The student athletes will then go through an individual period where the James Madison University football coaching staff can personally coach and evaluate, followed by a potential competition drill.

• Focuses on developing, improving, and enhancing the physical ability and the mental capacity of an athlete. CMD studies the details of each athlete’s make-up to identify strengths and weaknesses, and works with the athlete to improve weaknesses and enrich strengths. GPT trainers will evaluate each individual, and develop a personalized training regimen designed to hit his/her target goals. 5-day/week training sessions focused on weight & speed training, passing, reading defenses and conditioning.
