2014 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I can do anything I put my mind to. This positive attitude is contagious among my teammates, friends, and family. My academics are a source of pride for me. I have a career 4.37 GPA and I am just beginning my AP course of study. Football is truly a passion for me. I love studying film and perfecting the "small things" in my technique, which is what sets me apart on the field. I am proud to be a "gym rat" as the weight room is my favorite place. Also, my understanding of the game allows me to process information faster than my opponent, giving me an advantage physically. I believe that the best form of leadership comes from action and not words. As a result of this leadership model, my goal is to always exemplify the proper attitude, technique, and intensity whether in practice or in a game. I will major in biochemistry or pre-med and attend medical school after my undergraduate education. Eventually I will become a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon. If I end up playing for your team, I will make you proud and will never let you regret the decision to choose me.
