- Team workouts, Weight Training Class, and home workouts with my brother.
- 3 years
- The team workouts are ran throughout the year it consists of weight lifting, agility and cardio drills. Weight Training class is mostly doing as much as I can weight lifting time for the eighty six minutes given for the class. And home workouts consist of me and my brother doing extra agility and conditioning along with going to the gym for three hours at a time to make sure that I got a good workout for what body type I was working that day. As in Lower Body, Upper body, legs, and core.
