I aspire to be a student-athlete at a great academic institution that will help me earn a degree in either finance or business management. Although playing football in college is very important to me, my mindset is that the college I choose must be one that best fits me and my interests. The athletics will usually last only four years, whereas the education will be important for the development of my future and the foundation for the way in which I live the rest of my life. I love the game of football and the role that I have in the game. I take what I do very seriously, and I have a passion for my craft unlike any other. I am always working to get better, whether it is putting in three hours of practice on my own at a local high school three days a week, or working with my kicking coach for two hours every Sunday. The point being: I have an undeniable work ethic, and I will stop at nothing to achieve my goals. The bar can never be set too high for me because I will always find a way to reach it and push it higher. I embrace failure, but I wont let it stop me since I enjoy learning from it. Ultimately, I take pride in the way in which I carry myself as a member of a family, a citizen, a student, and an athlete. I know that when given the opportunity, I will take full advantage of it and give my body, mind, and spirit to my team and to my community.
