Personal Statement
My goals when it comes to football is just to make it past highschool. I could careless what college I play for as long as it allows me to persue my preferred career. What makes me a good teammate is my ability to work with other players and then if they are not playing to expectation I tend to step it up to recover from the loss and then move on and continue playing. My academics are my first priority, although I love football I always put school first (which I have no struggle with) I tend to keep all A's if not high B's. What separates me from other recruitable players is my ability to lead and work harder when I see competition.
I'm growing up in the town of Lowell Michigan, I have no idea where I would be at without this city. I've never heard of any other place that encourages football more. I wake up every Monday and Thursday to weight lift at 5:00 in the morning because we don't slack off. This starts up right after football season and goes until it starts again. A lot of my success in football comes from our routines. I became interested in football when I was about 6 or 7 years old, my dad was the reason I started playing flag football and worked my way up from there. My achedemic goals in highschool are all Strait A's and I don't think I'll be satisfied with anything less, I expect more of myself then to fall into an average level. I've had to overcome small obstacles like just working out more on my own time to build more strength and agility. I am a lot more outspoken then most of the players that I've expirenced over the years, I don't like to lose and I tell my teammates strait up when they need to get in line and focus on the game. I've also had seasons in football where it's like playing on a one man team so they just end up giving me the ball and I'll run as hard as I possibly can because we have no other option, which I have no problem with because I love playing. I think I'd make a great addition to your program and be sure to watch me through my highschool years because I'm only going to get better.
