Personal Statement
Winning a state championship my first year starting as a Junior was definitely the highest point of my high school career so far. But this is not the most important part. The most important part goes back to my sophomore year when I was not even a JV player but C-team. In one year I went from this C-teamer to an All-State outside linebacker winning a state championship.
Playing this great sport has taught me how to push myself and how to overcome obstacles. No matter my size I am never afraid to face a challenge and am very capable of playing beyond high school. I have been blessed with gifts that I want to use to be a good leader, teammate, and student. I hope to use my abilities to be able to get a great education for a successful life and be a valuable asset to your football program.
