Personal Statement
2nd grade was the first time I’ve ever touched a football and from that point on I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Something that makes me different from the other players you may be looking at, is from a very young age I’ve understand that there is more you have accomplish on and off the field to be able to get to the next level. You must have the grades. See my mom raised me by herself and ever since Kindergarten my mom always preached to me how important school is, how important it is to get homework done and how important it is to make good grades. My mom has taught me to appreciate everything in life, she also taught me that if you want something you have to go get it, that nothing will never be given to you and that its on me on how my future is going to go.
I started off playing tackle football in 2nd grade and I was a chubby kid that played on the O-line. That all changed when I met one of the best trainer in Missouri, I met Coach Q in 4th grade he got me slimmer, faster and introduced me to Defensive End. I fell in love with it immediately. I am in the 10th grade now, I start varsity at Defensive End this is my first year starting at the varsity level it is high past and very fun. I’m a dual threat on the field, not only do I play Defensive End I also play Tight End, and no plays are ever taken off on neither positions. I’m young and have a lot of potential and still growing.
After reading this I hope you know what kind of Athlete, Student and Man I am. I would like to thank you for your time to all the Coaches that read this. Hopefully we have future together on and off the field. Not only as a coach and player but also a mentor and student.
