I first want to graduate high school with atleast a 3.5 and enroll in a 4 year college. My dream would be to go to a Divsion-1 school on a a football scholarship. I plan to major in sports medicine and would like to graduate in 4 years. I chose sports medicine as a career choice because the field of medicine fascinates me and coupled with my love and passion for sports, I felt this focus would be an ideal match for me. I am a very personable person with a great sense of humor and I believe that sports medicine would allow me to capitalize on my strengths by encouraging athletes and perhaps lifting their spirits when they are injured. I feel this is particularly good for me, especially since I have suffered through two injuries (broken leg and now a torn labrum). By working through the mental and physical therapy needed to restore my strenghth and playing abilities, I feel that I could use these experiences to motivate and inspire others.
My biggest dream is to ultimately get drafter into the NFL draft and hopefully play professional football. My life's dream and aspiration is to be able to provide for my Mother, Granmother, Sister and Nephew. I want to make sure that my Mother and Grandmother never have to work a day in their lives. They have both been very strong and determined to provide for their children. I've watched them make many sacrifices in order to make sure that we have all the resources and opportunities needed to succeed. It would be an amazing accomplishment for me if in their lifetime I can provide for them and say "don't worry, I got this!"
