Personal Statement
Given the chance, I know that I can provide a positive contribution to any team. As a Junior, I lined up mainly as an inside stack linebacker. But I also played defensive end, outside linebacker, fullback, safety and even a bit of cornerback for a game while on my way to a All Conference HM selection in the Suburban Big 6 Conference. Wherever the game plan called for me to be that week, I was there. It has provided me with a lot of experience reading the offense from different angles. In addition, I was a member of the kickoff team, punt team, punt return team, and field goal block team. I believe that I can be an asset to any team because of all the things I can do.. As a sophomore, I started on the kickoff and kick off return team for the Top 25 Nationally Ranked and State Champion Lee's Summit West team. I provided depth and gained valuable experience at the Varsity level. I am a firm believer that nothing in this life is given to you and you have to go out and earn everything. Going into my senior season, I'm looking to stepping forward and becoming a vocal leader on our defense and contributing to a great State Title run. I have high expectations for my team and myself and I will continue to work my tail off to get better everyday.
