Hunter VanLue '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing some kind of football since I was 6 years old. I have dreamed of playing football at the collegiate level for as long as I can remember.

I am always working to improve on my skills, agility, and speed on the field by attending camps and combines to learn from some of the best coaches. I am also training to get bigger, faster and stronger. I strive to be a team leader and a team player on and off the field and try to lead by example not just for my team mates but for the younger generation of football players also. I am a very positive, coachable and competitive player.

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I have completed a few dual credit courses in the past year. I am very interested in the medical field. My goal is to become a physician or a nurse practitioner maybe specializing in sports medicine and rehab. I also volunteer at football and track camps during the school year to help kids in the community.

I want to attend a college where I can not only be competitive in the classroom but on the football field also. I am open to all options and would like to ultimately find that right college at the highest level of competition as possible. I hope to become a great role model and make my parents proud.
