Wiley Hoover '16 Recruiting Profile

I discovered football when I was ten years old.  My baseball coaches wanted me to play. I don't think we even won one game that year, but I was hooked. I moved on to middle school football where my eighth grade team was undefeated. I've been starting at the Varsity level since my Sophomore year. I maintain high standards in academics as well. My current weighted GPA is 4.42. It's not easy to excel in academics and sports. I have a good work ethic and always push myself to improve on and off the field. The love of the game, strength of a team unit, and excitement of competition, have led me to want to play at the next level. I'm a student of the game and learn plays quickly. My desire to improve and excel at this game will make me an asset to any team. I look forward to the challenges of playing at the college level.
