Lucas Froehlich '14 Recruiting Profile

My goals, dreams and aspirations have always changed throughout my life except for one specific goal. This goal is to constantly  become a better player through out my career of football, mentally and physically. So far, I have already accomplished so many goals but one in particular that I am proud of is my weight loss. This is why, in my highlight film, I look so different from the jersey #90 (Sophomore year) to the jersey #77 (Junior and Senior year) because there is an 80lb weight difference. Last year I weighed in at most about 255 pounds, of fat. I lost over 80 lbs, went down to 160 lbs and now I weigh in at 235 Ibs of muscle. I achieved this because once a goal is created in my mind I will do anything to accomplish those goals. To lose this weight, I participated in every football workout possible and also enrolled myself into a physical conditioning class to be able to stay in shape and be able to get bigger. Looking forward, I am working towards a higher weight, but a weight of muscle mass. I work out daily, and am very conscientious of what I eat and how much water I drink. I have become very health conscious.
