John "JC" Altman '17 Recruiting Profile

The single, most important moment of my student-athlete career didn't come on the field or in the classroom but instead well before my career began.  I grew up in a Christian household and went to church every Sunday but it wasn't until a bonfire school release event at the beginning of my 7th grade year that I understood what it meant to follow Christ.  Through my faith I have learned that God has given me all my talent; therefore, I strive to do my very best for him on the field, in the classroom, and in every situation in life.

I understand that I am a student-athlete and value my academics just as much as my athletics when finding the college for me.  I am very interested in Engineering and ma looking for a great opportunity in this field.  On the athletics side I want to play where ever I go and am really excited for the opportunity to contribute to a program any way possible during my college career.
