Personal Statement

My name is Samuel Newhouse and played college football for Lenoir-Rhyne University from Fall 2014- Spring 2016. I went to Lenoir-Rhyne University on a scholarship for 3 semesters, and was red-shirted my freshmen year of school. I am currently attending community college at Wake Tech in Raleigh, NC and am working, trying to save money for school. I am looking to transfer in continuation of pursuing my collegiate athletic career.  I stand 6'2 and weigh 240 lbs....I play TE and some Quarterback. I left Lenoir-Rhyne University because of a major change in coaching staff, and because I was out of position (playing Defensive End). I am hoping to be recruited as a Tight End based off of my Senior Season film from High school. I still have 3 years of eligibility left.
