Personal Statement
My name is Christian Riedinger. My love for football began at the age of six and I've been playing ever since. I am now a high school senior at Parsippany High School in New Jersey. My goal is to continue my football career into college.
I try to lead my team by example in my role as Quarterback and Safety, as well as being Captain of my team. I do this by always working hard, academically and athletically, and by keeping a positive attitude even when my team is facing difficulties. My days consist of studying in the classroom, working hard on the field afterwards in practice and then watching film of our opponent so I can be as prepared as possible.
I have learned more than just how to play football, I have learned the value of hard work, team work, leadership and the commitment it takes to be apart of a team. These are qualities I utilize in every aspect of my life. My goal is to continue playing football on a collegiate level while getting an education and earning my degree. I plan on majoring in criminal justice. I am open to colleges and universities of different sizes and locations as long as I am a good fit for the team and can achieve my academic and athletic goals.
