Since the age of 9, I have been playing some form of football whether it be flag or tackle. I've tried soccer and baseball, but football was the only sport that I really fell in love with. For me, there was always something about football that made my so excited, that was contact. Even while playing flag football I always wanted to run people over. I have always been a short kid but that has never stopped me once.
I have always wanted to play football in college not just for me, but also to help my family pay for college. I am extremely humble, hungry and I don't take losses lightly at all. I always criticize my own performance, because I believe that there is always room for improvement. I am very coachable and is willing play wherever I am needed even if I'd rather do something else. My persistence on the field also falls over into the classroom as well. I always get done what needs to be done. If I don't do as well as I think I can I try even harder the next time. Even though I love football with a passion, I still understand the importances of school. Football won't last forever, and when it ends I want to be able to support my family comfortably.
