Competing in the New York State Football State Playoffs with my team has certainly been the most outstanding events i have been through. The dedication and perseverance that it takes to compete against other great talent in New York State was the hurdle that caused me to love the sport not just for the love for the game but also to be able to raise my head high and think that when the clock hits "00:00" that i gave it my all every play. This idea has transferred into my life now by letting me know that everything i do must be done at my best, whether it comes to my family, schoolwork, community or just all around in my day to day activities.
