Thank you for taking time to view my NCSA profile.
I have a driving passion for the game of football. Whether it be at practice on the field or hours at the gym, I strive to work hard to better my skills each and everyday. Every game I bring my best in mind, body, and soul. Everything I do and say on and off the field as well as in the classroom is for the good of my team and my school. I understand what it takes to represent a schools name, as i am willing to work hard in academics and for my team.
During my time as speaking caption, i enjoyed leading and motivating other players. It is part of what drives me to be the best person i can be. It gives me a good feeling to inspire and guide others, so they also can be their best.
I love the feeling that is formed with teammates, as well as the atmosphere of family that it brings.

- In the off season, I train 4 days each at 1 1/2 hours per session. My training includes nutritional education and plans. The training involves not only gaining strength but also speed, as well as building on lateral movements. I train along side local division 1 University at Buffalo football athletes. During the football season I will train with a personal trainer on one weekend day, focusing on weights and speed.

- Saturday mornings my high school trains in the route tree and defensive coverages. Sunday mornings we travel to New Era field in Orchard Park New York to compete against other high schools in the area.
