My name is Tim Shaw, and I am a 6'0, 225 pound linebacker. I attend Fayetteville-Manlius High School just outside of Syracuse, New York. I am in the class of 2019, and just finished my junior season. We play in Section 3, Class AA. After earning 1st team all-league honors as a starter in both my sophomore and junior seasons as a middle linebacker, I was able to earn one of the four team captain roles during my junior season, all while leading the team in tackles during both my sophomore and junior seasons. I was grateful enough to earn Defensive Player of the Year and Defensive MVP during my first two seasons here at FM. I pride myself in being a physical tackler and having a good nose for the ball. I also was able to see time at fullback, including short-yardage and goal line situations. I continue to work hard in the classroom, as I'm enrolled in many honors and SUPA courses (Syracuse University Project Advance). I continue to train each week with many players from around section 3, which makes us better and allows competing to be even more fun. I hope to continue my academic career in the field of Sports Journalism/Communications and I look forward to bringing my hard working personality to a college football field. Thank you, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
