Austin Whitehead '15 Recruiting Profile

I am 6'5", weigh 230 lbs. and have played football since I was 5 years old.  I have played Varsity football since my freshman year and am experienced as a outside linebacker, left tackle, tight end, quarterback, defensive end and nose guard. I was all-team honorable mention for offensive line in my 2013 season.  In 2014 my team went undefeated and won NHIAA state championships.  Coach O'Reilly told a reporter in an interview that I was the best Tight End he had ever coached.  My knowledge and strength on the field is impeccable.  I'm a great coachable player who gets along with everyone.  I strive to motivate my other teammates.  My prior experience as a quarterback allows me the depth of understanding what everyone on the field needs to do instead of just my position.
