I, Jacob Stillwell, am a high school Junior, and plan on graduating in May 2017. I am 5' 11", 215lb, quick to react to the snap, and not afraid to get in the pile. During the off season I train with Cornell Key a speed, agility, and strengthening coach, three times a week. As well as attend team weight lifting after school.
I have played the game since flag football and know how to play both sides of the ball on the line. I prefer defense because my favorite part of the game is challenging the offense line and getting to the QB.
I enjoy learning new ways to train and would love to add it to my workout; Does your program perform any unique training or drills?
Kind Regards
Jacob Stillwell
