Adam Cook '17 Recruiting Profile

I have played football since I was 8 years old.   I continued to play in the Texas Youth Football Association as a Defensive End and Tight End.  In 2010 we won the State Championship in TYFA and I was chosen as MVP.  We played that Championship game on Kyle Field at Texas A&M.   Wow ! What an experience for a kid my age.  I have learned that I am a very competitive, hard working player.  I have a good awareness of what is going on on the field.  After we moved from Texas I had to start proving myself all over again to my new coaches.  I am very coachable.  I am always willing to do what I have to do to help the team.   In 2015 my high school team won the State Championship.  I am so grateful to be part of a terrific program.  I have learned the value of teamwork and commitment.  I am prepared to step up to the next level.  I am looking for a program that would be a good fit for me athletically.  I believe I have the talent to compete as well as the work ethic to make an impact.
