God. Family. Football. When asked what my priorities in life are I always give the same answer. To this day it continues to hold true. God has given me the ability to play the great sport of football and I thank him everyday for that. Having a twin brother has also impacted me as a football player and a student. The constant competition between us provides fuel for the growth of our athletic and academic performance. As a wide receiver and running back, we are always asked what it is like to throw or catch a pass from your twin brother or if he can sense when I am open. I am not sure about that but I do know that we make a great fit since we have been practicing together our entire lives. Academically my brother and I are tied for first place in our class. We continue to push each other to do well in the classroom along with helping each other if the other does not understand something. My family is very supportive of my goals to excel on the football field and to play in college. They have allowed me to go to football camps almost every weekend during the summer to better myself into being a better football player. I have started on varsity since my freshmen year coming onto a team that had a record of 0-33. My goal was to help lead this team back to a winning season. 9 games into my junior season we have a 5-4 record and look to finish out the season strong. My long-term goal is to play football at the collegiate level while pursuing a career in medicine.
