Personal Statement
My goal is to earn a scholarship to play football at a university where I can compete against the best players. I want to learn from great leaders of men how to be not only the best football player I can be, but how to best prepare myself for life after football. My dad has taught me football is like the game of life, you have to learn how to get up when we get knocked down. And, the only play that counts is the next play. I feel like I have a lot to offer the school that gives me a chance to prove I am a player who is coachable, loves the game of football, willing to work, loves to compete, and strives to be the best teammate I can be. I want to make my family proud, and I am willing to put in the work to be successful on the field and in the classroom.
