Personal Statement
My name is Jonell Garcia. I am currently a senior at Cardinal Hayes hs in the Bronx, New york. I am 6 ft. 3in. tall, and i weigh 180 pounds.Getting straight to the point, I am interested in going to a school where not only does the school benefit me, but I benefit them as well. I ran a 4.06 shuttle at the Nike Combine this year, combined with a 4.69 40 time. What I like most about myself, and what I also think coaches enjoy is the tremendous amount of hard work I put into every aspect of my life, especially on the football feild. What impresses me most is that I don't simply work hard when coaches are looking, but I work even harder when they are not. It is my dream to play at the highest competition level possible, and I am extremely determined on getting there. I am looking for the program that best fits my athletic and academic skills.
